    Hello there,

    Hope you are having a good day.

    I have registered for Mailchimp, added my API-id as well as List-ID.
    It still doesn’t work, how can I fix it?

    I have attached my username and password for my website.

    I checked your mailchimp account and they looks okay. But it is quite strange. I am going to give you the chat url with mailchimp support team. Could you talk to them about the issue and keep me updated, please?

    Sorry, I didn’t realize it was business days.

    It says I need the paid MailChimp version to receive technical support. It is not suitable for me to upgrade right now.

    Where do we go from here?

    Hey Team,

    Also struggeling with the same problem.
    Checked the documentation and go through step by step. Still getting a problem with the suscribing.

    “Set Mailchimp API key and List ID” Have done this correctly but still struggleing with it.

    Please help,

    Have you done the steps above?
    Also, you can contact to mailchimp team as well. I can not say without seeing your admin panel right now.

    Hi, @apollo

    1-) for popups I just navigated to JetPopups > Settings, clicked sync and saved and attached a popup to the button on your hero section and I can subscribe to your list with success.

    2-) for on-page subscribe forms such as the subscribe section on your footer I navigated to Elementor > JetElements Settings > Mailing List Manager then put your mailchimp api key and list id then saved, and it works fine now, too.

    Hey team,

    Sorry for the late reply, haven’t been active on my website.

    Today I went in to check if it worked, and it did.

    Then suddenly, the button stopped working. If you navigate to my homepage, you will see a button that says:

    “Tryck här för en kostnadsfri kurs”

    And when I press it, it doesn’t show the subscribe pop-up.
    It did a couple minutes ago.

    Could you help please?

    Hi @cris_arellano, clear all form fields, add them in again, and it will be working.
    Can you please make name not required, clear the api cache and try the form again? You could also take the requirement off on the MailChimp end and check it again.

    Hello I have the same issue, I’m trying to place the MailChimp widget inside a JetPopup but I always got “Synchronize your MailChimp account or add a new list”, I followed all the steps:

    JetElements / MailChimp API key / MailChimp list ID
    JetPopup / Integrations / Mailchimp API key / Sync

    Please notice that after sync in JetPopup, I can’t see any Save button, If I move to another section and get back to JetPopup Integrations API key is empty.

    As I followed all tutorials and posts and can’t figure out I shared my credentials in Private Content.
