Hi, I opened a question some days ago reporting a problem with the mobile version.

I just found out that the issue has happen when I active the Convert Plus. When I do that and try to open in Mobile Chrome, the home page gets stuck in the featured area and it does not allow to scroll down. I tried with Safari and everything was good.

One of the reasons I bought you theme was to use this plugin to build my email list and since a lot of people use Chrome in their phone, I need to fix it.

So, could you help me to fix this issue?

Right now the plugin is deactivated because my blog is already on air…

    Thanks for your patience.

Hi, I see the issue and already contacted the plugin author about the issue and awaiting a solution from the plugin author so we can provide the fix for you. Btw, you can disable the popup on mobile devices till we have a fix for this issue, to do this simply navigate to ConvertPlus > Modal Popup and click on the modal name you want to customize, then click Behaviour(gear icon on the upper left of the screen) > Target Visitors > Hide on devices: check Mobile and hit save.

    Have a nice day!

Hi, we have just fixed this and it will be available with the next update, however releasing the next update may take a couple of weeks as the next update will be huge and we are still working on it, but if you don’t want to wait for the update, you can download the main.js file below and replace it with the one in your theme located under wp-content/themes/theblogger/js/main.js

    Cheers.
