Portfolio & Lightbox shortcodes not working

    Hi, I’m testing this theme on my wordpress website.
    The theme works well but I found some problems.

    First, portfolio(Gallery) function is not working.

    I made a new portfolio and added some Departments.
    After that, I made a new page “Portfolio” and I set template into “portfolio”.
    Then I attached “Portfolio” page into menu.

    When I got into that page, I can’t see any Image except for departments category.
    I also tried adding the parent departments, and it did not work too.

    Second, Lightbox shortcode is not working.

    I’ve tired it on the post, but It just displays individual image just as same as inserting the image from the gallery.

    I’m using Read theme version 4.4.8 and WordPress version 5.2.3.
    I really like your theme and I reall want to use those functions.
    Please help me.

    Hi,
    Is there any chance that you can change it to english? Or could you try to delete it and import the demo data. Please check the documentation.

    Hi,
    I’ve tried your recommendation, but nothings changed.
    I imported demo data, but portfolio shows nothing.
    Also, I changed site language.

    Hi,
    I found some interesting facts.
    When I add a “Featured Image” to the portfolio post,
    then portfolio shows that image.

    I’m not sure this is the right way to use portfolio, because the posts that generated by the demo data doesn’t have any featured image.

    And also, I still don’t understand why the lightbox shortcodes doesn’t working.

    Yes, it is the right way to do it.
    Your all pages like shortcode page is located in the post folder. They are pages not posts.
    I will forward this topic to our developer and will keep you updated.
