Hello –
I’ve installed the:
– Parent Theme
– Child Theme
– Recommended Plugins
– Pixelwars Core
– Elementor + ProI have no other third party plugins installed.
Problem 1:
The “One Click Demo Import” did not fully import any content, just the pages + titles.Problem 2 (More Important):
According to your documentation/forum replies, I should be able to add a “Homepage Menu Widget”, however it is not available as I can only see the default WordPress Widgets to add.How can I see these widgets?
Currently Available Widgets:
– Archives
– Audio
– Calendar
– Categories
– Custom HTML
– Elementor Library
– Gallery
– Image
– Meta
– Navigation Menu
– Overall Count
– Pages
– Popular POsts
– Recent Comments

– VideoHi,
Could you provide me your wp admin details via our private content box below?
ThanksAfter uninstalling / reinstalling the plugin, clearing browser cache, and reloading everything, the plugins now show up.
My issue now is related to the Portfolio posts:
I can see the featured image, but when clicking on the item, it shows a white screen overlay with nothing else.To go with the above comment, I’ve noticed that when going from the homepage, the URL structure becomes: [url.com/#/portfolio/testpage] , but [url.com/portfolio/testpage] is the permalink for portfolio page.
I’m not quite sure how to get it to remove the “/#/” ?
Hi,
I just added two demo item in your portfolio page. You can check out.
The Ajax layout needs the hashtag to work well.
ThanksThank you.
I noticed the demo content you added for the portfolio was a textbox, but not necessarily designed using Elementor.
Was the issue with Elementor? There are elements on other pages that are not showing up (such as Elementor flip cards, etc) but will show up when I directly load the permalink to the portfolio.
Hi,
We’ve created the portfolio layout without elements short code. Sub page’s content is fetched via ajax, so any element which requires extra javascript to work (such as sliders or counters) won’t work on your page, sorry but there is nothing we can do about it because of the limitation of the ajax fetched page nature.
