I can't modify the theme

    I installed the theme correctly, with the indicated plugins; however, I cannot edit the pages, only shortcodes are shown.

    How can I modify the information?
    Under which builder does the theme work?

    The theme is “uCard – vCard & Resume WordPress Theme”.

    Please read the documentation in the theme folder. Which part of theme you want to modify? Could you please more specific?

    Not sure whether this is the place for this, but I’ve failed to completely install the app. It says some plugins (powercore, portfolio etc) point to an invalid address and can’t be installed, The front page doesn’t have a picture for me to replace. I’m stuck

    Hi Ivan,
    If you provide me your wp admin details via our private content box below, i can import the demo data for you.
    In the meantime, get a copy of all the content if you want. I’ll delete everything and reload it for you.

    Hi,
    Can you try to go into your FTP folder and delete everything related to the ucard theme and re-upload it?
    Because some files have moved, they cannot install the plugins.

    Hi, I did not delete any information on your website. I only activated the Ucard theme and deactivated all the plugins that the theme does not use and uploaded the demo content.

    I seem to be updating the wrong portfolio section. The updates I’m making don’t seem to be taking. What might the problem be?

    Hi, I think you are editing in the wrong portfolio section. Go into the Pages folder and delete your unused portfolio page(s).

    There seems to be an issue with the portfolio links.
    They show up okay on the page, but they don’t open on click, one has to right click and open page/tab
    I suspect there’s a link issue as the portfolio is labeled portfolio-3 in the hyperlink/url but the pages point to just portfolio
    How do I go about fixing this?
    I attempted changing the bit with portfolio 3, but that made the page disappear.
    Also, I can’t seem to find the option to backup the website.

    Hosting companies make backups periodically. You can contact and ask them to revert your website.
