    Hi,
    One of your plugin is conflicting with the theme also you have custom css code for the menu background. You can remove or edit it.
    Also, you can use this custom css code;

    .site-header .menu-wrap { background-color: #bcbcbc !important; }

    Hi,
    Have you tried to use the css code?
    You should deactivate all your third party plugin then clear the cache first. Then you should activate the plugins one by one then you can realize which plugin is conflicting with the theme.
