Hi,
Elementor suddenly stopped working after I updated it. Its now stuck on continous load and the elementor side section has been greyed out.
Seems like a plugin conflict with JetElements. I disabled jetelements plugin and Elementor works. I’ve also updated JetElements and this problem is still persisiting.

This is the second time you have advised me to contant plugin support directly. I’ve been purchasing themes for years now and no support team has ever advised me to contact the plugin for support..
I purchased the theme so I wouldn’t have to deal with third party plugins and making sure everything fits/works. if themes/plugin are not compatible and working as they should, i’m not sure why i need to be the one to contact these third party plugins.

Thanks for your understanding.Hi, I have just tested your site and Elementor loads fine when only the essential plugins are active, but after enabling one or more plugins Elementor doesn’t load properly, meaning your site requires more memory than your hosting allocated for you, you need to contact your hosting provider about increasing the allocated memory size for your site.
