Hello,
I have added my MailChimp API key to the JetPopup Settings Page.
When I try and edit the popup in Elementor, I cannot integrate my mailchimp list. It seems that I am missing certain features in the “Fields” tab.
I have tried looking at online documentation for JetPopup but I cannot fix the problem.
Hi,
Could you please check out this related topic?

ThanksHello,
I followed all of the steps in your article and I am using a JetPopup pre-designed widget.
I don’t think the widget is connected to Mailchimp for some reason. I want to use the pre-designed boxes but the label and email fields are not in the Elementor sidebar.
Please see screenshot below, thank you!
Hi,
Could you provide me your related url, please?
I will forward this topic to our developer and i will keep you updated.
ThanksHi, can you also check the tutorial below and make sure you are not missing a step?
Thanks.
Hello,
I double checked the documentation and I have followed all of the steps correctly.
I am using a pre-designed template popup from JetPopup. However, the template does not seem to connect to the MailChimp JetPopup widget. I want to keep the existing design in the popup, but in the Elementor sidebar there is no option to specify my MailChimp list.
Does this make sense? I can add the MailChimp JetPopup widget to another section in the templated popup (and it works)… but I want to use the form fields that were already designed in the template (not create new ones).
I see your point, can you provide your wp-admin details via the private box and let us check what’s wrong?
Thanks.
Yes, I have provided admin details below. Thank you so much for your help! I really appreciate it.
Hi again,
– I have just logged into your site and navigated to JetPlugins > JetPopup settings and copied the List ID, then navigated to JetPopup > All Popups > Classic Subscribe Popup => Edit with Elementor then clicked on the subscribe form and clicked “Use Target List Id?” toggle and pasted your list id to “Mailchimp list id” field and successfully connected your list to the subscribe form.
– then I got the “Invalid merge fields” error, which occurs when your subscribe form doesn’t have all the form inputs that are set to Required in your MailChimp account, in your situation last-name, phone and address fields were missing on your subscribe form I have added these fields to your form and the issues were gone. If you don’t wish to have these extra inputs on your subscribe form then you need to remove the unnecessary fields from your Mailchimp account first.
Have a nice day!
Thank you very much! You have been so helpful!
I have gone ahead and removed the “address” and “phone number” fields in my MailChimp Account.
Now I’m assuming I can just go back into the MailChimp JetPlugin and delete the additional fields. Is this correct? I just don’t want to break anything after you so kindly fixed it!
