Hi!
To be as flexible as possible with Efor I purchased elementor pro. Apparantly, in order for pro to work properly I need to set X-frame options to “same origin” and to have PHP Zlib extension enabled. According to https://docs.elementor.com/article/38-requirements should my host be able to help me out with this but they tell me they cannot. Could anyone here help me out with this or at least tell me what to do from here?

As you can see in the documentation, it is related to your hosting company. What did they tell you about it? Have you showed the documentation to them as well? Unfortunately, we cannot interfere with the hosting side. If there is anything we can do about the theme, we are happy to help.

The feedback I got from the hosting guy was that they cannot make those changes on a shared hosting package… Don’t know if that helps…
Hi, I wish we had a situation related to us, we would easily solve it. Let them change the hosting package. You can email another hosting company and ask if they have this problem. If they say they can handle it smoothly, you can tell your hosting company to change companies.
