    why is customer support so slow? I have been waiting for almost a week. Poor customer service.

    Hi, I am really sorry for the delay, somehow we haven’t got an e-mail notification about your topic :/

    Solution: please navigate to Elementor > Settings > Advanced and make sure “Load Font Awesome 4 Support” is enabled.
