Hello. Documentation is really poor for someone who is starter in WP.
I am not started, but doesnt work for a 2 years in WP.
Now i buy your Efor (I want John Ray), but dont know how to change the text and pictures in demo.
Give me link where I can find how to customise all text and colours in website.

Please go to dashboard > pages > home > click on edit with elementor button > you can choose text or images to customize it. Please see the screenshot below;
