    Hi,

I just bought the efor wordpress theme. When I want to upload the parent theme into wordpress, this is the message I get:

    Request Entity Too Large
The requested resource does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.

Can you please help me to solve the problem.

    Thank you!

Hi, Just be sure that you increased the upload limit at least to 128mb. If you still have the issue, you need to contact your hosting provider about increasing the allocated memory size for your site.
    Thanks

    Hi Serkan,

Thanks for your reply. I did both and I still have the same problem.

Just in case, do you need to know a 64-Bit on the server?

Hi, did you extract efor-package, right? You should not extract efor.zip file. I just want to make sure that, you are doing the right steps.
I just disabled google authenticator plugin for temporarily. Each time I don’t want to disturb you.
I don’t have the latest version of the package, If you still have the issue, i will forward this topic to our developer.
    Thanks

Hi, it is about your server configuration. You can increase it manually. Add the following line to the end of your .htaccess file which is located in the root directory of your wordpress installation.

    php_value upload_max_filesize 128M
    php_value post_max_size 128M

    Hi,

It is not working because there is a 500 server failure.

    Thanks

    Hi @letisaso
Have you contact your hosting company? I want to make it clear. 500 Server failure is related to the hosting company. We don’t have any control over hosting. When your hosting solve the issue, we will import the demo data easily.
    Thanks
