The pages all imported except for the blog page. How do I fix this? Is there a conflict with my plugins?
Hi @mbuscemi
You can delete all your contact, deactivate all your third party plugins except the theme plugins and try it again.
If you want to I can do it for you. But if you have other contents in your website, they can be lost.
ThanksI have done lots of work to the “contact me” and “home page.” If I back up my website as is right now will I be able to import back the work I have already done once the WHOLE template is correctly imported?
Hi,
Could you provide me your wp admin details via our private content box below?
ThanksHi, did you get a chance to review my template importing problem. I would really like to get my website up soon as my clients are asking about it.
Hi,
I am still waiting for the credential of your website via our private content box below!
ThanksI sent that message last week. But I am sending it again right now. Please let me know that you have received it.
Hi,
I received the credential now. I tried to login but it says wrong password.
ThanksI have resent a private message with the password into siteground. I just tried logging in with this password and it worked. Let me know if you still have trouble or require a password to something other than site ground.
Hi,
I went to settings > reading > chose post page for the blog and saved it.thank you! If I need to create a new page for coaching services or something else in the future can I use this same process to import different template pages?
Hi,
If you need to create a new page, you can edit your page via elementor and click on media library and import a page.

Thankswhen I tried to edit the blog page with elementor I got an error message. After watching the help video I went to theme builder under “templates.” but I don’t see my blog page that I can click on. the video tutorial shows how to add a new template but I want the one you helped me import. What do I do next so I can edit my blog page?
Thanks!Hi,
You should go to settings > reading > change the blog page to something else. Then you will able to edit the blog page via elementor.
ThanksHi, i would like to include a downloadable PDF onto my website. I utilized the download button on elementor pro and uploaded the PDF into my media files. But i don’t see any numbers after post = in the URL. Am i doing something wrong? How do i upload my PDF onto my website that people can access using the download button?
Hi, You need to upload your PDF in Media, after uploading copy the link of that pdf file.
Go to your Elementor page — If you want your PDF open when a user clicks, you need to create a button from the button widget and attach the link in it.

I hope it will help you.
Thanks.Hi, on the blog post pages, after the blog post content there are some social media icons. How can I edit these?
Plus, on the contact me page, the submit button text color is very dark. When I go to edit it in elementor pro, the text color is white (which is what I want) but it is appearing as a dark green when I preview the site. How can I edit this?
Thanks!
Hi @mbuscemi
What do you mean by edit the social icons? Do you want to remove one of them? Well, you can hide the socials via customizer and install a plugin for the blog sections and edit them easily.
I tried to login to your website for the contact color issue but it says the wrong password for the admin panel. That is why I could not check it.
ThanksI will keep the social icons, I just realized that they shouldn’t be linked to my social media pages but is there to help people share my posts.
and sorry about the password issue. i sent a private message about it. Thanks again!Hi, You are welcome but i didn’t get any password yet.
ThanksHi, I will send a private message with the password, but make sure to login through siteground. Also, I am trying to set up email/mailchimp. But I am having trouble figuring out how to set up the download button i have (for the essential oils on my website) to allow people to enter their email prior to gaining access to the free downloadable PDF. Any suggestions?
and I am still having trouble getting the button on my “contact me page” to have white letters so it will show up more clearly. If you could also take a look at this, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
Hi,
You can use this custom css code for the contact page button.span.submit-label { color: #fff; }Also, your contact form is little bit tiny. You can give padding with this css code;
.elementor-kit-12 input:not([type="button"]):not([type="submit"]) { padding: 0px 0px 12px 0px; }Could you please check out this related topic for the free downloadable pdf issue?
