Hi there (Dear Author)
I bought the EFOR theme and made the website for my client.
During the final phases of completion of the project, I gave her the Admin username and password.
Then to my surprise client said she is having speed issues with the site and its hard to navigate and she stopped all communications and refused to pay me even.
She even changed the username and passwords so i cannot access the website.
I own the theme license, what can I do to get the control back? I would like this license to be revoked as she has hijacked the site that I built for her and due to my own ignorance gave her my admin login details.
please can you help me to get me the control back or the website removed as the client is using my license without paying me for the work.

SamHi, sorry to hear that, unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it, our themes doesn’t require remote verification for the theme work, but in this case the client is using the theme illegally since you own the license.
As a former freelancer I advise you to never accept a job without upfront payment to prevent this kind of situations.
