I added a new blog post to my site today but haven’t done anything with it for ages. I happened to look at my home page – which is my profile and sales page for my services – and noticed it was all broken. The biography and skills section (which I can see in the editor) is blank on the main site. As is the recent blog posts section beneath it. The Instagram section in the footer was showing an error because it said the token had expired. Not very pretty. I deleted the Instagram section but still the page remains broken.
I have only been using the theme for 2 months and am thinking I would have been better off with an Elementor subscription instead of a theme which includes 2 plugins I need to buy pro licenses for and 1 plugin which has been adandoned since 2018.
Hope you can help urgently as this is affecting my business.
Hi Edward,
I’m trying to understand the problems happening with your website. Can you take a screenshot and share the url here? Thus, we can intervene in problems faster.
Thanks
PS – I am seeing comments in the Elementor forum on Facebook that v3.0.15 of Elementor seems to be making a mess of some people’s sites. Maybe there’s a conflict?
Hi,
Could you please contact the plugin’s author about the related issue? If it is related to them, you should release an update. Most of the theme third-party plugins may conflict with the themes.
Keep me updated. Please deactivate your third party plugins and try it again.
Thanks
I was chatting with the community for Elementor and they said it was a CDN cache issue. I purged these down and reset my browser cache and everything is working fine now.
If I paid for Elementor Pro, would I be able to edit things like the menu sections in your template?
