hello, i need urgent help cus my site just doesn’t load.

i wanted to put the site into maintenance mode by the “seed maintenance” plugin.
right after that the site bugged.

i tried by best to follow the mail i received without getting it done.

forwarding you attached the personal login to the server and the site
and the mail i got.

i just had to extend my support license to get help according to that topic.
looking forward to your help.

please deactivate the seed plugin if it is the cause of the error.
i will pick another maintenance plugin.

note: i wasn’t able to run the site in the “recovery mode” as written in the mail.
