Pages from Theme

    Hi I have a few EFOR theme pages in pages in WordPress. How do I transfer other pages to WordPress page so I can edit?

    As I want to keep the header on all pages. Or can I just create a brand new page and the header will appear on the page I create?

    As some of the design elements I don’t need.
