I´m trying to find out how I can get a “continue reading button” after a short teaser which leads the reader to the full article. Like the first two texts on your example site:

I also would like to know how I can insert a youtube video on top of the teaser. I already tried it with the inline media shortcode, but it only showed me a black box on my website.
