I have instaled all the needed plugins, activated them, activated the theme. I tried to import “Demo 3” but it wont import the media files. Also some of the pages can’t open on elementor. Please help.Hi, Can you contact your hosting company and ask if any firewalls prevent uploading demo content? ThanksHello, I have contacted them. They told that the firewall would not prevent uploading demo content.
They told me to add this code to the .htacces file:
php_value max_execution_time 120M
php_value max_input_time 120M
php_value post_max_size 128M
php_value upload_max_filesize 128MAnd this code to wp_config.php file:
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );I added it but it did not help.
Also they asked about the minimal technical theme requirements such as execution_time and so on, it could not be found in the documentation.
Please, help I don’t know why I can’t import sample data. They asked for the minimal theme requirements.
Update:
The hosting company migrated my server, because they thought that something is wrong between your and their servers, but it did not help. Also they increased the allocated memory but it did not help also they told that when importing the demo the limit was not reached. Deleted cache, also did not help.

ThanksHi, I see there are some invalid values in your .htacces definitions, can you update it like this;
php_value upload_max_filesize 256M php_value max_input_time 300 php_value max_execution_time 300 php_value post_max_size 512M
and see it it is resolved.

We have been receiving complaints about hostinger.com recently.
Could you please create a ticket in the hosting panel and ask help from them.
ThanksGot it resolved. I just imported the demo in my localhost. Then exported the site and db and added it to the file manager. Now the site works fine.
