Contact Form Shortcode not working

    Hello,

    I am using the shortcode (below) as per your documentation for my contact form but it doesn’t appear to send anything, when I click submit on a variety of devices and browsers nothing happens.

    (Redacted my email this is a full address on my website).
    [contact_form captcha="yes" to="MYREALEMAIL" subject="New Website Message""]

    Is there any known issues or fixes for this?
    Would ideally like to avoid any additional plugins.

    Hi, Your host may have disabled the mail() function. It must be enabled on your server. Please contact your host company. If you use Godaddy as a host, make sure you go to the cPanel –> Email settings –> MX Entry –> and check which Mail Exchanger is selected.

    Resolved, this was an SMTP issue on the site.
