I’m having issues finding the Courses page and how to edit everything. For some reason when I click on Courses in the nav, the page exist but it just takes me back to the homepage. When I go into the homepage to edit the courses there or find them I can’t…
Hi,
I just deactivated your third party plugins and it is working now. One of your plugin is conflicting with the theme. You can report this issue to the plugin author or you can use an alternative plugin instead of conflict one.
Thanks
Can you tell me which plugin you deactivated? I have spent hours building this out and please ask before you deactivate a plugin or at least let me know which one…
What the freaking HELL!! I paid a lot of money and spent hours setting that plugin up and you just deactivate OptimizeBuilder and OptimizeCheckout. These are some big plugins. Maybe you need to figure out why your theme is broken because of them or help me figure out how to fix it. That’s why I pay for support for theme
Who do I escalate this to? This is not right! I’m pissed
Hi,
We apologize for the inconvenience of this situation.
When you go to dashboard > plugins > there is a tab recently deactivated plugin > you will able to see which plugins I deactivated. I just deactivated related optimize plugins not others.
Optimize plugin and tutor lms plugin codes conflict. This is definitely not theme related. Because we cannot interfere with plugin source codes. We asked you to contact the Optimize plugin author. Because they will produce the fastest and easiest solution and release an update.
We are here to solve all your theme-related problems. However, plugin-related conflicts can only be resolved by the plugin authors. Apart from that, I would like to state that I am ready for all the help I can do for you.
Thanks for your understanding.
