Hello,
Since one of the recent updates, Logo has become quite pixelated.
The only solution is to make the height quite large.It definitely was not the case before.
So what happens now is the overal header is larger than it could be?

One of your plugin (like cache or minify) may affect your logo image.
You should deactivate them, clear your cache and try it again.
If you still have issue, run the regenerate thumbnails plugin once.
