    Hi,

    I have realized that suddenly and without touching anything, the contact form does not work. That is, it is inserted correctly, but when you press to send an error icon appears and does not give any information.

    Thanks

    Hi, that’s awkward, it is working perfectly fine on our servers and we didn’t get a similar complain from other users, it might be related to your server configuration and to the theme code together, which makes it hard to identify the source of the problem and fix it for us. You may use an alternative form plugin such as wpforms for your contact form;

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpforms-lite/

    or you can add this custom css code below to make your form always show success status;

    .submit.error { color: #096; border-color: #096; }
    .submit.error .submit-status:before { content: '\e85b'; }

    Have a nice day!

    Hi!

    Thanks. I have realized that, despite the error, I receive the emails so I will try the option you mention. Where do I have to add that code?

    Thanks again!

    Hi,

    Thanks!

    Another question. Is it possible to add some kind of captcha to avoid spam or should I then use another plugin?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    I have seen that the contact form can be edited and a calculation can be put to avoid spam. How can I do it?

    Sorry for my English

    Thanks

    Hello,

    The problem with using Ninja Form is that the style of the form is different, and the option to submit never appears to me. And the box to check is invisible. Can you help me?

    Thanks

    Hi,
    Could you try to use these custom css codes?

    .field-wrap>div input[type=checkbox] { width: 20px !important; height: 20px !important; }

    .site-content form input[type=submit], .site-content form input[type=button], .site-content form button { visibility: visible; }

    Hello again,

    Tried, somewhat better, but still not working properly. I still do not see the box to accept, and the theme of the form does not correspond to the one that comes out from the plugin.

    Thanks

    Hello,

    Now the box is perfectly visible. Thanks a lot. Do you know if it is possible to edit the theme so that it resembles the default theme or the one that appears when you edit the form?

    Thanks a lot
