Problems to see the theme once I uploaded the .zip file

    Hi, I had some troubles when installing my theme as there was some file missing so I read some instructions and I finally installed the \’Parent Theme\” Efor.zip. Was it correct? Should I installe the Child one?

    – When I go to \”personalize theme\” it is empty. I can\’t see any of the pictures or texts the demo has. It is empty. Could you please tell me what do I need to do to she the theme as it was shown in the demo?

    – Do I have access to the different versions of the theme I saw as a demo? How can I see all of them and choose the one I like the most.

    Hi @Cristina
    You should delete everything manually or run the wp reset plugin once, then run the one click demo import plugin once.
    Please check the documentation.

    You forgot the install and activated the theme plugins.
    If you tell me which demo you want to achieve, also I can import it for you.

    Hi Serkan:

    I would like to install the Linda Cooper template. I saw you activated the pugins, thank you.

    Currently, I see many empty pages (cart, checkout, desktop…) there are many of them, they are repeted and all of them are empty (at least I can´t see anything when I try to edit them with Elementor). There might be a reason but I don´t understand this.

    Also, there is something wrong when I open the ‘Shop’ and ‘desktop’ pages (it says there is an error).

    Also, I can’t find the ‘Start Here’ page…

    So I would be greatful if you could help me to instal the template and check the mistakes.
