I use template Demo Linda – Home and modify to my own site, but how do I set these modified template to actual my word press site ?
I would like to modify based on template and publish finally, but I cannot understand how to do it.

サーバーパネル内[WordPressセキュリティ設定]より、制限の解除を行うことが可能です。I tried to translate it and i guess, it says your hosting blocks me because of the security policy. Could you contact your hosting company and solve the issue, please?

I asked my hosting company and they modified the setting, so would you please check it ? This setting is about permission from abroad, so I cannot check for myside.
