how can I activate the Tutor Pro License?

I try to use the envato plugin and enter the API Personal Token. This plugin offers an update and I used it.

but the problem is stil there

If I try to update in the plugin section, I get the following error:

Update failed: Download failed. A valid URL was not submitted.

So please help me.
