toolbar and disorganization of the theme

I’m complete stressed with how this theme has turn out, I bought it cause it looks amazing but the only thing that i did was changing the background and some text and no one can see it from the phone, the customization toolbars is gone and only visible on ‘contact page’ ….really don’t know whats the problem .

if you can help me solving all this perfect but i would appreciate if i could exchange this theme with one that doesn’t required to edit shortcuts….

Please go to appearance > widgets > empathy template pages > check if the pages are selected.

Hi, I have just checked your site on both desktop and mobile and everything seems to be working as it should, if you are still having issues please let us know the issue in detail and your test platform (os/browser version).

yes it’s working fine now, thanks a lot for the help.

I have 2 questions:
1: how do i set the picture over the title (cartoon one)
2: in contact page every time I remove one of the social media icon the whole box where all the icons are gathered disappear.

Hi kaiqui,
Please go to appearance > theme options > general > logo type : image logo and click to browse button and upload your image logo.
When uploading your image logo, you need to set Link Url = File Url Size : Full Size and then click on “Insert Into Post” button.

If you remove one of social icons from the contact page, you should add first and last icon shortcode as well.
