    Hi,

in the shop (wooshop) i have in my website, i can’t figure out how to make the product image show up just like the one in the Judy west demo site, where the lens applied over the product image, and it does not appear so “giant” like my one’s pic! how can i do this?

    Thank you!

    Hi,
One of your plugin (like cache or minify) may affect your image.
You should deactivate them, clear your cache and try it again.
If you still have issue, run the regenerate thumbnails plugin once.
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
    Thanks

    Hi,
You can go to appearance > customize > shop > change the grid item width and save it.
    Thanks

Hi, thank you for your support. I just checked but can’t see any effect.
    Please check it yourself..
In mobile view the item don’t show properly (I am right now from my iPhone..) as there is not padding between items..

    Hi,
I deactivated your third party plugins and the problem is gone. One of your third party plugin is conflicting with the theme.
You should deactivate them one by one and realize which one is conflicting with the theme.
    Thanks
