Contact Form (Read V. 2.1.1)

    When I activate the contact form, I get a 500 Server Error.

    When I deactivate the contact template, the error goes away. When I use another contact form plugin, it doesn’t work, even on the ‘default template’. I used this contact form: http://codecanyon.net/item/form-generator-wordpress-contact-form-builder/4613911

    Any suggestions or fixes?

    I just updated to Read 2.2 — the contact form was fixed for about 10 minutes, but has reverted back to the 500 server error.

    Why does this keep happening and what can I do to fix it?
