    The font “Editor” isn’t shown on other peoples devices in all styles on the whole page.

    Can you fix it or tell me what to do?

    It looks like it’s not embed or something.

    Thanks!

    Hi,
    I have uploaded a photo for you as an example. Both desktop and mobile fonts can be customized for the relevant text. It is possible to make arrangements for mobile by pressing the relevant button.

    Hi, sorry, i think i wasn’t able to share my problem correctly …

    The font i picked is fine and i know about the option of headlines on different devices.

    The problem is, that the font i have picked, which is “Editor-Bold” and other styles of Editor, aren’t shown on other computers who doesn’t have the font.
    “Editor” is not a google font and i uploaded it seperatly.

    So, the must be the option for a fall back font, right?

    And more important: How can we make sure that the “Editor” font is shown on other computers?

    On my computer: https://ibb.co/SPBdZ8N (Editor Font in the headline)
    On other computers: https://ibb.co/RC5b5Qq (some random font in the headline)

    Thanks

    I uploaded the font again with elementor pro.

    Can your developer please make run the Elementor font in all styles on the whole page?

    Can you or him tell me where to choose a backup font, for other peoples devices,
    if by some reason “Editor” in all styles isn’t shown.

    Thanks!

    P.S.: Text parts which i marked bold on the page, for example in a blog article,
    aren’t shown bold on devices of other people. Same as the font “Editor”.

    Thanks for keeping me updated.

    Here are some infos for you and the developer according the font issue of “Editor” font:

    The font is shown/able to pick in elementor everywhere.
    https://ibb.co/CWtGmC4
    https://ibb.co/djkffkt
    https://ibb.co/Dg0Bynk

    The font is not shown when i try to find it at “costumize”.
    There is the font “karla” picked, which is just the font for the longcopys,
    and probably it is the standard font of the theme.

    Hi, first of all, sorry about the delay.

    I have just checked and I also can’t see the font on your site, it looks like the font files are not being added to your website’s front end correctly. The reason it looks fine only on your computer is probably you have installed that font to your system so it can show the font correctly. Can you please check the article below and see if it fixes your issue;

    https://elementor.com/help/custom-fonts-not-displaying-on-front-end/

    if it doesn’t fix your issue, you can contact Elementor support about this issue since “uploading custom fonts” is a feature of Elementor Pro;

    https://elementor.com/support/

    Btw, Customizer Fonts List is different from Elementor Fonts List, so the fonts you uploaded won’t show up in Customizer, unfortunately.

    Have a nice day!

    @ahmetsali: thanks first of all. i will get back to the details these days.

    but one question before: how can i choose a fall back font, which looks simular on other devices? where do i have to pick it?

    thanks

    @ahmetsali: have you checked the costum css for interuptions of any codes?

    in the past i booked an costum developer to upload the font, they said the kinda wrote a little plugin which will make the font visible. i don’t know where this code might be, but i can imagine that it interupts the elementor pro option to add the font.

    can you check my site according this potential issues?

    thanks!

    Hi again,

    I have just checked and “ELEFont” plugin might be for adding custom fonts to Elementor written by the developer you hire, you may try disabling it if you suspect any conflict.

    As far as I know, Elementor doesn’t have the fallback font feature, unfortunately.

    Have a nice day!

    Hi,

    according the “Editor Font Family”,
    i just tried to upload the “MyFontsWebfontsKit” Plugin, to upload the fonts via that way,
    but an critical error occured. Editor font is from myfonts.

    I did’d got any more infos on my admin e mail.

    Can you help me with that? It might be a way to add the “Editor Font Family”.

    Thanks!

    Dear @ahmetsali

    I checked your links and tried the following ways:

    • via Elementor Pro Costum Fonts – but it’s not helping
    all fonts are uploaded in any requested data format

    • via the myfonts font plugin – which isn’t working cus of an error
    https://ibb.co/1fPPxNX

    • via uploading it on the file server and trying to link it – without an effect
    Trying to find the html data on the site, i recognized that the “theme editor” is missing:
    https://ibb.co/gMmxXHQ … so i placed it in the back end: https://ibb.co/6nCRWY4

    as elementor explaines here:
    file:///Users/user%201/Desktop/MyFontsWebfontsKit/StartHere.html

    Can you check if the html way has been done correct from my site …
    or tell me what is interfering exactly?

    I don’t know how to continue from here.

    Thanks!

    @serkan

    Hi, i solved the font problem with an external developer who i had to book.

    I kindly ask you to help me with the font problem on the blog page,
    as the “Editor-Bold” font isn’t used there on any head or intro-line.
    https://ibb.co/rHGS4dq

    When i try to change it via costumize, nothing is changing.
    Please take a look for yourself and help me out here.
    Thanks!

    Hi, there was a custom css code added to your site, it was forcing the headings on your blog page to be “Editor” font, I have just removed it and now you can change the fonts on your blog page from Customizer.

    this is the custom css code I removed;

    /** Blog Page Title Font **/
    .slider-box .entry-title, .slider-box .entry-title a, .is-cat-link-line-before .cat-links a, .post-thumbnail .more-link, .entry-title a, .post-thumbnail .entry-title, .is-cat-link-rounded .cat-links a, .post-thumbnail .entry-meta a, h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 {
        font-family: "Editor", Sans-serif !important;
    }

    Cheers.

    An other developer did this because i asked him to help.

    When i do changes in the costumizer, they don’t work at the blog, and as well not according the burger menue on mobile.
    No changes in the costumizer are working.

    In belonging to the blog, the added code is my fall back – can you just change it,
    try to change it and show me in the costumizer?

    Otherwise i will use the costum code.

    Thanks :)

    Hi again, you have set global typography from Elementor Site Settings which is conflicting with Customizer typography, we suggest you only set typography from the Live Customizer.

    So should i set them to “default”? Cus currently the field is blank – have you done that already?

    SimonKarim

    And, where in the costumizer can i change the font in the blog?

    Hi,
    Our developer sent you a screenshot which is elementor live customizer.
    You can change it on that section.
    Thanks

    Hi again,

    – you can change blog post titles from Customizer > General > Fonts > HEADING FONT (H1) and slider title fonts from Customizer > Featured Area > Slider > SLIDER TITLE FONT option.

    – in Elementor Site settings you should set typography options to default. I only did it for the links on your site.

    Cheers.

    Hi, thanks for the infos.

    Can you add an costum css code for the SLIDER TITLE FONT,
    so that it will be Editor-Bold?

    Thanks

    ahmetsali

    Hi again, you can add this custom css code;

    .slider-box .entry-title {
        font-family: "Editor", Editor-Bold, Playfair Display;
    }
