I cannot for the life of me get the menu text color to change on my site. I want the menu/header bar to be transparent and the sticky menu to be white – all with dark text – but it will not change. HELP! Only the active link is showing properly.

I just went to appearance > customize > header > general > increased header mask opacity and saved it.Right but then that alters the desktop version as well and I want the desktop menu bar to be white – not grey. You wrote CSS to fix the initial issue – can you write mobile specific CSS to make the hamburger menu on mobile be in black writing instead of white? Thanks!
I figured it out – no need to spend anymore of your time on the mobile menu font color. Thanks!
