    I using

    .sidebar .mc4wp-form, .footer-widgets .mc4wp-form, .site-header .mc4wp-form { background: #8e1e1d !important; }

    Hi,
    You can achieve it via elementor or you can use this custom css code;

    .site-footer { background-image: url(); }

    You should add your image url in the css code as well.
