Hi
I want to remove the “browsing category blog updates” title that shows up when you go to the blog page but I don’t know how.
Also, when I try to edit the blog page through elementor, a message shows up saying that the preview can’t be loaded.
Finally when I go to the posts section through the wordpress dashboard the titles are narrower than in the pages section.
Maybe it’s because the posts section has more columns but in the previous theme the both posts and pages sections looked the same.

I tried to login your website but it says wrong username or password.
You can use this custom css code for remove the title in archive page..archive-header .entry-header { display: none; }If you want to edit the blog page, go to settings > reading > change the blog page and you will able to use elementor in the blog page. If it is selected in reading section then elementor won’t allow you to edit it.
For the narrower issue, I should check your admin panel.

if you have elementor pro you can create a custom template for post archives and that would make it possible to edit the page using elementor.
In order to observe a change you have made, you need to clear the cache. Plugins which you install keep cache.
