Hi,
Issues I am having:
1. On mobile view, the cart icon is hiding the menu icon. I tried to fix it with custom CSS but nothing helped. Please guide me on how I can have the cart icon to the left, the logo in the middle, and the menu to the right.2. Student registration page does not have a button on the end of the form, so I can’t register. How do I enable the button? Please help.
3. In some cases, on blog posts, the header is invisible and is over the content. Screenshot attached.
4. How can I remove the changing posts on the main blog page:
Thank you
Hello?
Why doesn’t anyone answer me?
I see other topics get answered within the hour or the day and I have been waiting for 4 days now.
Please help me ASAP.
Thank youFYI, regarding issue number 2, the registration button missing. I’ve contacted Tutor Support and they referred me back to you as this is a custom theme.
Hi,
1) Please go to dashboard > apperance > customize > header > general > change the header layout style. Ex: You can use header layout menu bottom.
2) You can use this custom css code;.site-content form input[type=submit], .site-content form input[type=button], .site-content form button { visibility: visible; }3) If you have a cache plugin, please deactivate it and try it again. Also, could you please provide me your wp admin details via our private content box, below?
4) Please go to appearance > widgets > blog featured area > you can remove the main slider and save it.
ThanksHi
Thank you!1. I already tried that. None of the layouts fixed that. the cart icon is still on top of the menu icon, on mobile view only.
Feel free to check it yourself and fix it, while the header style stays the same as it is now…2. CSS fix has worked. Thank you!
Can you help me to add a profile icon on the header that will lead students to their profile dashboard?3. Cach plugin was already turned off and still off. Still having an issue.
wp-admin details have been created for you, I am sending the details private.4. I removed the widget. The area was removed but now the header is transparent and over the content, just like issue number 3.
Hi,
1) I added a css code for the shop menu icon. Now it is a bit away from the social icons.
2) Plugin doesn’t allow you to add profile icon. So you can add a profile menu item to your menu so your student can click the link and go to their profiles.
3) I fixed your post issue via changing the hader style from transparent to inherit customizer.

ThanksHi
1. That doesn’t help, as the menu icon is very hard to click on mobile, and the cart icon gets the clicks even when aiming very good for the menu. Plus, when you add something to the cart, the items number is showing on the menu icon.
I need them separately on both sides while logo is centered, just like it should be and it is on your demos.
Please have another fix for that.If it must be on the same side (nit preferred!), than the menu should apear first to the right and then the cart next to it to its left. With a larger space between them. This way has no sense in it.
While you do that, can you please help me to align the menu links items to the right when the menu does open? (Mobile only)
2. I want it as an icon not as a text link as a part of the menue links, isn’t there an option for that at all?
3. Yes, you fixed the blog article header, but on the main blog page it is still transparent.
Please fix that as well.Thank you
Hi,
I will forward this topic to our developer and i will keep you updated.
ThanksHi
I managed to align menu text links to the right using css.I also added an icon box widget to the header to add the profile icon which leads to the dashboard, that is working fine on desktop, but on mobile, please adjust it next to the social icons or at least centered. Same on footer 4.
Cart icon is still a problem, as I wrote before ,I can’t click the menu icon, it just open the cart. So it must move to the left side while the logo is centred.
This is the main issue at the moment!Blog page header is also fixed on my side
Thanks.
Hello?
I need an update ASAP.
Your support takes a while to act and to answer, please speed up the process.
Thank you.I have hidden the cart icon in the meanwhile with this CSS code.
.shopping-cart {
visibility: hidden; !important; }
Please update ASAP. this is taken too long.
Thank youHi,
1-) just added that custom css code to make the header menu layout as you wish;
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .menu-toggle { margin-right: -15px; } .site-navigation { z-index: 1750; } .shopping-cart { right: auto; left: -10px; } .is-header-small .site-branding { right: 0; max-width: 100%; } }and the blog page header seems to be fine now.
Btw, please note that we haven’t tested the theme for RTL support and we haven’t advertised it as RTL supported, but still, we try to help you with RTL issues with easy fixes.
Have a nice day!
Thank you for your help but it’s still not perfect.
On mobile view, the logo is still not centered it’s a bit offside to the right, plus now it’s not clickable to the homepage. When I copy the link address on it it is [sending in private], but it doesn’t send me anywhere.
Can you please fix that?
Thanks again for your help.Hi @orenmosco, this is not available by default, needs more further customizations, if you are not familiar to coding you may consider hiring an expert at wpkraken.io to do the job for you.
As the developer said ltr is a request above our support. Because it is not written on the demo page that we provide such support.
Thanks for your understanding.So.. basically you helped me, but then medded up something else.
The logo was clickable with a home page link before your fix and now it’s not.
Although your theme is not adjusted to rtl, this is not an rtl issue. Nor other issues I was presenting here.
I was considering changing my review after you helped me but now I will leave it 1 satr out of 5 as your answer and the waiting time for each andwer is very bad.
I will not buy from you again and will not recommend to others!Hi, I think you are being unfair. I can install all the content you see in the demo content for you. We also help you with the arrangements you will make with simple css codes. But you want very detailed customizations. I will still forward this issue to the developer again.
Thanks for your patience.I think once you decided to help me with the customizations, that’s when you committed to fixing that. When you do half a job, leaving me with an unclickable logo on the header, and sending me to hire a developer so he can fix your fix, that’s a shame, especially after waiting 3 weeks for this fix due to your slow answers.
So I could already hire a developer three weeks ago if you didn’t want to help. but you did help, and that’s why I was considering changing my review (that for some reason, helped me get quicker answers.. I wonder…).
So, business-wise, if you want to help, help all the way to a complete fix, or otherwise don’t even try, and don’t let me wait so long…
That’s being fair!I will wait another day for a final fix and will change my review (or won’t) accordingly.
Thank youHi again, I have just logged in to your site and altered some custom css code, now your logo is clickable on mobile too.
Have a nice day!
