CHATGTP issue with Tutor LMS

    Hello,
    when trying to activate Tutor LMS Pro as provided with the Efor theme (v11.0.2), I get the error below. Seems related to ChatGPT, which I don’t use.

    Before attempting to activate Tutor LMS Pro I activated Tutor LMS Free without a problem.

    Hi, In my research on the internet, it is stated that someone else had this problem before and that the problem went away when he updated the tutor lms plugin. If the problem persists, you can write to TutorLMS support. They will help you because you have a license code. I’ll update you if I hear anything different about this.

    Hi,
    unfortunately TutorLMS (Themeum) does NOT provide support if the software is not purchased directly from them… Is it possible for you to contact them or provide me with a Themeum account where I can request the support?

    Can you maybe provide me with an older version of TutorLMS Pro (say 2.1.7) see if that works?

    Hi, I see the issue, I tried to activate TutorLMS and now it says;

    “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

    can you fix this and after that I see that you have lots of extra plugins can you please deactivate all the plugins but keep only the plugins we recommend active and then try again activating TutorLMS Pro, if you still get that error just let us know.

    Hello,
    I have deactivated everything except for Tutor LMS Free, can you please try now?

    Also, can you tell me which plugins exactly do I need to run the Efor theme and Tutor LMS? I don’t think I have installed much more than what the theme provides and the recommendations the theme displays when importing the data etc.

    Hi again, I have just logged in to your site and there was an error message about WordPress core files so I tried to re-install WordPress but no success, it showed “HTTP Error 500.0 – Internal Server Error”. I think there is something wrong with your WordPress installation and/or hosting.

    You may try to create a fresh new WordPress installation from your Cpanel and see if the issue with TutorLMS gone.
