Hey,
I purchased the “efor” template set from the themeforest website, and downloaded the zip file.
I can’t install the kit.
I upload it through the envato elements plugin, I’ve tried a bunch of ways (I use the plugin regularly, so I’ve learned how to use it)
No server restrictions or other problem.
I am attaching screenshots.
I would appreciate your assistanceHi, probably you are uploading the package zip file, you just need to extract the package and upload the theme zip file only, then you will start using the theme right away, you may also see the post below about this;
