Hi, I would like to use Jetpopup plug in for subscription but I dont want to use any paid services so far.

I would like that by pressing bottom “subscribe” from jetpop up i get structured email (eg contact form Name, email, some other data may be) to my email address.
I set Ninja Forms for that purpose – how can I integrate it in this pop up? I tried to use external url from editing in Jet pop up, but it did not work
