Ideal Logo requirements

    Hi,

I have tried to upload the suggested size of 1920 x 160 px but I haven’t found the best size to make the font readable and then I have to do it all again for the negative logo.

Could you tell me the size it should be for a logo and some font as a rectangle?

Also what other settings control the logo size and what should they be set to? I found these (below)… but I don’t know what they should be set to to see the logo properly. Is there any other settings I should be aware of to set up for the logo?
    IMAGE LOGO HEIGHT (PX)
    IMAGE LOGO HEIGHT MOBILE (PX)
    IMAGE LOGO STICKY HEIGHT (PX)
    LOGO MARGIN (PX)
    LOGO MARGIN MOBILE (PX)

I feel this information would be great to include in the documentation. Thank you!!

Hi, There is no limitation for this, which I would definitely call this resolution. Your logo reads fine. I looked at your website by zooming. I just couldn’t see your negative logo. You need to change it. A logo prepared in rectangular and png format will suffice. The logo will be adjusted as you said on the Customizer. Maybe you can try logo with svg extension.
    Thanks

I understand that …what you saw I just gave up because no matter the size I used it was too small. I don’t want people to have to zoom in. I want to know what size an image should be that it could be readable without zooming in. What would you suggest that could be seen better than 1920×160? When I do that it’s too small. Please give a resolution size. Thanks!

Currently on my site I have the recommended 1920×160. In the media library it shows that size on the live site it shows much smaller and the bars to change the sizes are not working. …

None of these are making it the size the I uploaded:
    IMAGE LOGO HEIGHT (PX)
    IMAGE LOGO HEIGHT MOBILE (PX)
    IMAGE LOGO STICKY HEIGHT (PX)
    LOGO MARGIN (PX)
    LOGO MARGIN MOBILE (PX)

What can I do to ensure I can make the size bigger?

Could you please provide me your wp admin details via our private content box, below?

Any updates on getting the ability to of the bars to increase my logo in size all the way to the size I uploaded?

Here are the bars I’m referring to:
    IMAGE LOGO HEIGHT (PX)
    IMAGE LOGO HEIGHT MOBILE (PX)
    IMAGE LOGO STICKY HEIGHT (PX)
    LOGO MARGIN (PX)
    LOGO MARGIN MOBILE (PX)

Hi, logo height customization can vary based on your logo design, we recommend uploading an SVG logo for best visibility, if you are going to use png logo we recommend uploading at least 2x size of the visible size of the logo, so if you choose IMAGE LOGO HEIGHT (PX) = 100px then you can upload a png logo which has height 200px.

    Have a nice day!

I tried making the logo 2x the size doing a png and it made the logo even smaller and the ability to change the size using the IMAGE LOGO HEIGHT (PX) drag bar doesn’t work at all.

Then I tried using an SVG logo and that made it even smaller.

This is so frustrating. Please help me. What could be making it stay so small?

    Hi,
    Could you try to use this custom css code;

    .is-header-small .site-branding { max-width: 440px; }

    Thanks

Thank you, that helped for the logo. I do use both the logo and the logo negative on my site.

That custom css worked for the logo, however, my logo negative is still small. Could you provide css to ensure both logos work in the manner you provided above.

    Thank you!
