    Protected post isn’t showing excerpts. How can I get it to show?

    Hi, Now go to Posts screen in WordPress to edit your password protected post and click on the screen options button on the top of the page. This will reveal a menu with a bunch of options. You need to make sure that the checkbox next to excerpt is checked.

    This will display the excerpt meta box below the post editor. You can enter your post’s excerpt in this box.

    If you want to get the transparent menu > go to pages > home page > page header style > choose transparent and save it.

    Also if you go to appeance > widgets > top bar > you can drag and drop your widget for the top bar.

    Hello, I have another theme READ that is having the same issue.

    Excerpts aren’t showing even though I have manually entered the text in the edit sectikon.

    There is also no excerpts checkbox as shown in your screenshot. https://img.onl/4ggaiF

    Hi, setting it to transparent doesnt work. Under general > header > header mask style and header background, there are gradient and solid color backgrounds, no transparent optioin. I would also like to set the menu/navigation menus as transparent, as way to do it?

    Hi, please ignore the above questions. Current questions are as follows:

    2) How can I set the previous and next navigation to show only those in the same category or tag?

    Hi again, managed to work out majority of the questions except for the slider. Also is there a way to turn off featured images for the single posts? (but keep them on the blog/main page?)

    Hi,
    You can use this custom css code for hiding the featured image in single post

    .single-post .featured-image { display: none; }

    If you have an elementor pro version, you can use elementor slider feature. If not then you can use a slider plugin with the theme.
