Why won't my theme activate the correct page?

    No matter how many times I try to upload the downloaded theme to word press it doest pop oped the lawly website theme but and empt page telling me to delete this or to write on it to start my first blog post. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi, can you contact your hosting provider about increasing the allocated memory size for your site? It should be at least 768 mb. If you still have the issue, please provide me your wp admin details via our private content box below?
