CSS broken and updated elements not changing

    I just updated some copy and changed the fonts via elementor pro and have just updated it. now when logged out of WordPress all the CSS is broken and most of the elements are still with old copy. I’ve tried clearing the cache, deactivating non theme plugins and regenerating CSS by elementor, but its just broken and I am stumped. please help
