I purchased your template yesterday, and while I’m not a web designer by trade—I’m primarily a photographer—I’ve been learning how to navigate this new space with the help of YouTube tutorials.
I opted for a homepage design that features a fade-loading effect. Initially, when I substitute the default images with my own and preview the changes, everything appears to be in order—my updates are visible without any problems. However, the moment I save these changes and proceed to view the live version of the page, the images fail to display. Instead, I’m greeted with rapidly flickering grey placeholders where my chosen images should be.
I’m open to granting access to my WordPress admin area for troubleshooting purposes—please check your inbox for the login details. Moreover, I’m eager to understand how to rectify this issue on my own in the future. I suspect I’m not the only one to encounter this problem, and I firmly believe in the power of knowledge, especially as I’m navigating this learning curve. Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated, but I’d ask that you keep the explanations straightforward, given my novice status in this field.
Hi,
I’ve been taking care of my mum’s health problems. I’m sorry I wrote late because I was in hospital. I opened your homepage. I clicked on the three dots in the right corner. The code editor was marked. I clicked on the visual editor and saved it. It is now running smoothly.
Thanks
