Scrolling bug on mobile

    I am experiencing a bug in the mobile version of my website when I try scrolling. It works for 1-2 seconds and then it gets stuck and requires a refresh. This happened both in the old and new version of the theme. Anybody else experiencing this? Any idea how it can be solved?

    Hi,
    Could you please go to dashboard > appearance > customize > general > layout > smooth scroll activate or deactivate it and try it again?
    Also if you have third party plugins, please deactivate them and try it again?

    I tried it. Didn’t work. Keeps getting stuck. I am attaching my WP Admin credentials. Please solve this asap, as it makes the bounce rate skyrocket, especially considering most users access the web through their mobiles.

    Hi,
    I will forward this issue to our developer and I will keep you updated. Can you test and let us know if this problem is also present on our demo site? Because I did not encounter a similar problem on our demo site.

    Hi, that’s an awkward issue, scrolling works fine with desktop browsers and and Android phones, but on iPhone and iPad, sometimes it doesn’t scroll. And we don’t have this issue on our demo sites. I have logged in to your site and activated the default theme and the issue persists. That means it is not related to the theme. I can suggest some ideas for identifying the source of this issue;

    – You can try deactivating all extra plugins (except Elementor, Jet Elements, and Pixelwars Core) and see if the issue has gone.

    – Back up your homepage (save as Elementor Page template) and start from scratch adding sections one by one and see if the issue is appearing after adding a particular section.

    I tried deactivating all other plugins except the ones mentioned, and the issue is not reoccurring. How do I find out which plugin is clashing with the theme?

    I just tested them one by one. JetPopup is doing the clash. That plugin is part of the theme, and I need it, so how should I go about all this?

    Hi, does this issue occur only on your homepage or on other pages too?

    Hi, I have just logged in to your site and activated JetPopups and tested your homepage on ios 17.5.1 and scrolling works fine, what is your test platform?

    Yes, I noticed that too. And now the buttons are not working. I had to deactivate the plugin again for them to start working.

    I don’t know what you’re doing on your side when you go and test it, whether you’re changing some settings or clearing the cache. But it seems like the plugin itself crashes with something on the mobile version of the site because one problem gets solved and another arises.

    Can you look into it again and see if you can find a permanent solution, please?

    I would appreciate a timely intervention please!

    Hi,
    While testing, we only temporarily reactive the plugins that you install later, except for the demo. In this way, we can understand that the problem is not caused by the theme.

    Excuse me, Serkan, are you trying to help me solve this problem or to find plausible ways to justify the problem and remove responsibility from your team?

    I am telling you that the JetPopup plugin has been clashing with my site since time immemorial. When I deactivate it the site works well, when I reactivate it all sorts of issues happen, from the scrolling issue to the buttons issue.

    Now, I don’t know why this may be because I am not a web developer, but I know for sure that it’s an issue with the JetPopup plugin.

    So you can either try to help me find out how we can solve this issue, either through your team, through the plugin’s support, or some other way. Or you can tell me simply that you don’t know how to solve this. It would be much better than just leaving me hanging saying it’s not the theme’s issue with no solution offered.

    Hi again, I haven’t done anything special, just activated JetPopup and tested it on mobile ios and it was fine, and you say now the buttons not working, which buttons exactly you are referring to?
