Hello, we’ve had an issue with submitting applications (forms). Can you help me locate where the files went that didn’t arrive at the designated email? Also, I’m interested in where I can change the settings for how the fields that arrive in my email will look.
Is there an option in contact forms for individuals to add additional fields themselves, for example, if they fill in certain items and there are more items, can they add additional fields themselves?

For this, you will need to use an alternative contact form instead of the default contact form. For example ninja form plugin or contact form 7 plugin.
