Hello,
When I use the shortcode to make a lightbox with a video (youtube or vimeo) the box pops up, but the video does not load. The shortcode is not converted to the right format for the videos, I believe.
I am on the latest version of the theme and on the latest version of wordpress. I have disabled all the plugins in order to rule out conflicts.

Embedding is not working either. Yes is does show up in the thumbnail but then the lightbox stops working. When I buy a theme for certain functionality I expect it to be working.
Can you please solve this?
Ok now it works. Thanks for that. I might be a good idea to document this a little bit better, because at first I didn’t get what you meant.
So I’ve got a new problem. Viewing the video on a mobile phone. The lightbox works fine and the video appears to be loaden, but as soon as you hit play it says the browser can’t play this format.
