I have downloaded the .po file from https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/woocommerce/
I have uploaded it to Loco Translate (../wp-admin/admin.php?bundle=woocommerce%2Fwoocommerce.php&domain=woocommerce&page=loco-plugin&action=upload) and it shows 98% translation progress.
The language of the wordpress site is the same and when I visit the plugin on the dashboard or for example on the shop page or the cart page, the texts do not change to the selected site languageHi,
Also did you press the sync button? If you still have a problem, can you write to the loco translate support forum?

I don’t understand why you made an extra installation for woocommerce.
It would be enough to just go into loco translate and select woocomerce.
