I installed the Effor theme and demo 10 on the site. Unfortunately, the images did not load. In addition, I get the error Warning: Undefined array key “width” in /home/klient.dhosting.pl/firmowe/wiolettanowicka.pl-wie9/public_html/wp-includes/media.php on line 1255
Please help me import the demo 10 correctly.
Hi
I’m waiting for a response from support and help in properly installing demo 10 on my website. I checked the system settings. Everything appears to be OK, but no media loads during import. Please help, I’m in a hurry. Thank you in advance. My problem is with the images. No media was imported correctly. The files are 1KB. The option to renew thumbnails does not work. I get errors. I changed the file permissions via FTP to 755. But that did not help.
I have attached a new Efor purchase code, which applies to the wiolettanowicka.pl website – the previous one was from 3 years ago.
I am asking for urgent help.
Hi, probably your server doesn’t allow to get media from remote source. Please contact your web host.
ThanksThe answer from the hosting company is that they allow import from a remote source. I reinstalled the site and imported demo 10. Unfortunately, I still have the same problems. Additionally, when I enable the Tutor plugin, all subpages disappear. In this situation, I am not able to install this theme myself.
Therefore, I kindly ask for a full installation of the demo 10 Efor theme with all plugins so that the site works properly.
I provide new access to the admin panel in a private message.
The hosting company has verified the problem and asks why our connection is rejected, whether it is e.g. too many requests during import.
Please help me import demo10 again.
I kindly ask for an answer on what kind of help I can expect from you. Communication with support is very poor. I have been waiting for an answer for 2 days and unfortunately I have no specific help. I bought the theme on January 6. Today is January 11, and my site contains errors and I cannot move forward.
Hi,
When I look at your website now, I see that you have uploaded the demo content. If there are no hosting-related blocks, the photos will be uploaded automatically anyway. All our customers have uploaded demo content in this way without any problems so far. Your hosting company can easily see the cause of the error in log records. Whatever caused it is in those records.
By the way, as it is written in themeforest, 2 working days is our response time. Although it is the weekend, we continue to serve for your satisfaction.
Thanks
