    To whom it may concern,

    I am currently building a website on behalf of a friend, which is hosted on a demo subdomain: https://ros.webchannel.ie/. Once completed, it will be transferred to its live domain: https://theinnovationstrategist.com/.

    However, we are experiencing a couple of issues that need to be resolved:

    The logo does not follow down the page as expected.
    The video in the top banner on the homepage does not display on mobile devices.
    I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

    Hi,
    Some mobile browsers have settings that allow users to disable autoplay for videos. If autoplay is disabled in the browser settings, the video will not play automatically.
    This is a default Elementor “thing” to not auto-play a video on mobile because video takes up a lot of resources for mobile.
    To turn it on do the following:
    Edit the video widget
    and in the “Content” tab turn the “Autoplay” toggle to “on”
    A new option will appear now with a toggle to turn on for mobile.

    I solved the logo issue for you.

    Hi Serkan,
    Thank you very much I appreciate you fixing the logo however I do not know how to switch on the “Content” tab turn the “Autoplay” toggle to “on” can you please do that for me thank you very much

    You’re very welcome! I’d be happy to help you enable autoplay for the video on mobile. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

    Edit the homepage in Elementor (click “Edit with Elementor”).

    Locate and click on the video widget in the top banner section.

    In the left-hand panel, go to the “Content” tab.

    Find the “Autoplay” toggle and switch it ON.

    A new option labeled “Play on Mobile” will appear—toggle this ON as well.

    Click “Update” to save your changes.
