Hello,
I recently purchased the Energi WordPress Theme and selected it because of the demo layout titled Alternate Homepage 02.
I have carefully followed the installation instructions, including:
Installing the theme
Importing the demo content
Installing Elementor
Attempting to import the customizer and widgetsHowever, despite all efforts, the site does not resemble the demo preview I purchased.
The “Alternate Homepage 02” layout did not import fully, the structure is incomplete, and the settings from customizer.dat could not be imported (error: “settings are not for the current theme”).I am extremely disappointed because the theme does not look or function like the demo as advertised.
I respectfully request your assistance in one of the following ways:
Provide a full and correct demo import file (a one-click installer) for the Alternate Homepage 02 layout including detailed installation steps.
If full setup assistance cannot be provided, I will need to request a refund, as the product does not match the advertised features.

Here is what I wrote:thank you for the email. I tried to install it on my GoDaddy server. I haveWordPress installed on the cPanel server. I cannot send you login information since I have other client’s websites there. I would ask if you could send me specific detailed instructions on how to install it. I can assure you, I spent 3 days with GoDaddy and they couldn’t do it. I am willing to try it again following your specific instructions.

I still get these errors and the site still doesn’t look like the theme… Also, Could you advise why I can’t upload an .svg format for the logo?
