Header Video on mobile devices & tablets

    I’m experiencing with the Efor Coaching and Online Courses WordPress theme on my website
    Here are the main issues I’m encountering:
    YouTube Video in Header:
    The YouTube video embedded in the header of the home page works perfectly on desktop. However, it does not display or function properly on mobile devices or tablets.
    Home Page Display on Tablet:
    A portion of the home page does not open or display correctly on tablets, while it works fine on mobile devices.
    Slow Loading Speeds:
    The website is extremely slow to load, even though it currently only has two pages (Home and Contact Us) and three pop-ups on the home page.
    Would you be able to advise on the best way to resolve these issues?
